Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing staff, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign duties to team members and foster teamwork.
• Inform staff about menu changes, promos, and service standards.
• Train new employees and provide refresher sessions.
• Supervise performance and adherence to SOPs; adjust schedules and check deliveries and deposits.
