IHOP 3602 Bellmead is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team, manage shift operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, assign duties, and promote a collaborative work environment to support smooth service.

Responsibilities include monitoring time cards, scheduling, portion control, checking deliveries, and handling cash procedures, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Formación

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment and supplies.
• Assign employee duties and promote teamwork.
• Keep team informed about new menu items, specials and promos.
• Ensure staff understands food preparation and service to deliver great customer experiences.
• Supervise performance and behavior; enforce SOPs and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor time cards and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and quality; enforce portion control.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
