Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer service excellence. When management is not on-site, the Shift Supervisor leads the team, ensures opening and closing procedures, and maintains smooth store operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility for part-time staff.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor on site, ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Maintain customer service focus; assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
