Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when management is absent, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
