Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations, open and close duties, and ensure excellent customer service in the absence of management.

The role oversees staff, coordinates daily tasks, and helps build customer loyalty through friendly service. The position offers typical benefits for part-time staff and pays $17.00–$26.00 per hour, with 28 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise and direct activities of store crews, and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive service experience.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves while ensuring accurate displays and merchandising.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
