Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and drive customer service excellence. You will step in for the manager, supervise staff, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed reliably.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay range and benefits, with a 40-hour week, flexible scheduling and opportunities to contribute to a connected health-focused team at CVS/pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise activities and coordinate with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Promote CVS customer service culture with greeting, help, and thanks to customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly and seasonal displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
