Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through strong service. When managers are offsite, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain a smooth store operation.

You will supervise daily activities, assist customers, merchandise, price and stock items, and uphold confidentiality. The role requires flexibility, weekend shifts, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise staff: assign, direct, and follow up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays; execute planograms.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
