Colonial Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Shift Lead to direct daily activities of the store team in the absence of the Store Manager. You will open and close the store, supervise full-time and part-time staff, and ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.

You will maintain store conditions, support customer service, resolve complaints, and assist with stocking, sanitation, and safety. Strong communication, 18+ and a HS diploma are required; Spanish language skills are a plus

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising store team members is a plus.
• Able to travel between locations as needed.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Directs day-to-day activities of full-time/part-time staff.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly manner; resolves complaints.
• Performs cash handling, till preparation, and gift card sales/returns.
• Reports results to Store Manager and supports inventory tasks.
• Maintains store sanitation, health, and safety programs.
• Escalates issues to Store or District Manager when needed.
• Supports other departments as assigned.
