Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS Pharmacy team in Nashville. This role supports the Store Management team in driving store execution, customer service excellence, and loyalty by promoting a helpful shopping experience.

When no manager is onsite, you lead staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently. You will supervise crew, allocate tasks, handle customer questions and complaints, merchandise and stock, and maintain

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate with store management and crews.
