Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge with ability to train others.
• Previous training or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide) required.
• Must read, write and speak in English.
• Spanish language ability a plus.
• Dependable and flexible with travel to multiple locations.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Must adhere to uniform dress code.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures.
• Direct day-to-day activities of store team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Document complaints and take follow-up steps to correct the source of the complaint.
• Perform cashier and stocking duties when necessary.
• Escalate employee issues to Store Manager or District Manager.
• Protect company property and funds; ensure loss prevention procedures.
