Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly and politely.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory and upkeep.
• Support merchandising, pricing and promotions to drive sales and display standards.
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence and help train new staff.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with customers, vendors and staff.
• Understand store finances, assist with cash/lottery audits and loss control.
• Collaborate with the team to meet regulatory requirements and store goals.
