MFA Petroleum Company is seeking Break Time Shift Leaders for our Break Time Convenience Store in Fulton, MO. This entry-level management role focuses on helping supervise daily operations, customer service, and store finances while training for future leadership.

You’ll oversee shifts, support merchandising, handle cash and inventories, promote food service and safety, and maintain professional communication with customers and team members. Flexible schedules and team collaboration are key.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with transportation to bank deposits
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and bookkeeping
• Support merchandising, pricing, promotions, and restocking
• Supervise assigned shifts in the absence of the manager and train new employees
• Maintain timely communication with customers, vendors, and team members
• Understand store finances and assist with cash handling and audits
