Break Time convenience stores, operated by MFA Petroleum Company, seek a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and supervise staff at a Missouri Break Time location. You will ensure outstanding customer service, merchandise execution, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Prior management/leadership experience.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
18 years of age or older.
Availability to work all shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and reconcile numbers.
Ability to learn new concepts and operate a computer/office devices.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and drive store sales.
Oversee daily store operations, reporting, inventory, and fuel management.
Lead merchandising efforts, pricing, promotions, and stock control.
Supervise, train, and evaluate store team; schedule & assign tasks.
Manage store finances, cash handling, audits, and expense control.
