Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations to make change and balance shift reports.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep of equipment.
• Assist in merchandising, pricing, and promotions; stock and face merchandise.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager; train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and help meet sales and expense goals.
• Support store teamwork and compliance with regulations.
