Job summary

Break Time Shift Leaders assist in the management and operations of MFA Petroleum Company's Break Time stores in Missouri. This role helps with store finances, supervises shifts, and completes paperwork, while supporting food service and safety programs.

Qualified candidates are 18+, with strong customer service, leadership, and retail sales experience. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required, plus flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, customer-service oriented with a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and supervise store staff during shifts.
• Assist in daily store operations, including reporting, banking and inventory.
• Execute merchandising, pricing, promotions, and maintain cleanliness.
• Support training, performance feedback and adherence to policies.
• Handle cash handling, loss control and safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and team members.
• Utilize point of sale and other technology to complete transactions.
