• Support CVS Store Management to drive store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring open/close procedures.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
