Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS Pharmacy team. You will support store management, drive store execution and customer service excellence while coordinating opening and closing duties.

The role requires strong communication, supervision skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends; prior retail supervisory experience is preferred. This part-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite or unavailable.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.
• Interact with customers to resolve questions and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, reset departments and manage weekly promotional displays.
