Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and achieving store performance. You will lead staff during manager or supervisor absences, ensure smooth operations, and execute opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, pricing, stocking, and ensuring promotional displays are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve issues per policy, maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, stock, and weekly promotional displays.
• Support opening and closing procedures and overall store execution.
