Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and smooth store operations. You will lead the staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.

This role emphasizes effective communication, supervision, and a customer-first approach while maintaining accurate stock, pricing, and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor, ensuring tasks are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and weekly promos.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer/patient information and support store presentation.
