Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role requires supervising the crew, handling customer questions and complaints, merchandising, inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
