Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. When a manager is unavailable, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain store standards.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, stock and price merchandise, and manage displays in line with policies while upholding confidentiality and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Strong computer skills and communication capability are essential.
• Experience supervising others and coordinating tasks is preferred.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Supervise and direct crew, communicate with management and staff.
• Price, stock, and present merchandise; reset departments per planograms.
