Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Georgia is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, drive customer service, and support the CVS Store Management team. This full-time role covers opening/closing procedures, supervising crew, pricing and stocking merchandise, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

Flexible shifts including early mornings, overnights and weekends are required; base pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
