Job summary

CVS Health in Georgia is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty through outstanding service. When managers are absent, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, ensures opening and closing procedures, and keeps daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, communicating with management, assisting customers with questions and complaints, merchandising, stocking, and ensuring a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate store activities under supervision of store management.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock and display merchandise; reset departments as needed.
