Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to execute tasks.
• Direct and follow up on all activities to maintain performance.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and resolve issues.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and protect confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
