Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking a Service Leader to drive guest satisfaction through enforcing policies, procedures, and standards. You will lead a team to greet, seat, and serve guests while upholding safety, sanitation, and cost controls.

You will monitor temperatures, train staff, handle payments, and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring consistent service quality and guest delight.

Qualifikationen

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety and customer service trained through in-house training.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Greet, seat, and serve guests.
• Resolve guest complaints effectively.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Maintain facility and equipment with preventive maintenance and safety standards.
• Monitor food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Train employees during shifts for proper performance.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standards.
• Identify and correct system issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty and staff about issues.
• Manage change funds, cash register, and guest checks to protect sales and costs.
