• Monitor food temperatures to ensure safety and consistency.
• Train staff during shifts to ensure proper performance and coverage.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standard.
• Identify and fix system issues to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with Manager on Duty about issues, shortages, or safety concerns.
• Oversee cash handling and guest check controls to protect unit profitability.
