Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required.
• 3+ years related experience in security, criminal justice, military, corrections or related fields preferred.
• Familiar with community corrections system and current practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• May perform all duties of Monitor I and II.
• Train, supervise and lead Monitors through assignment of work and progress reviews.
• Schedule coverage, oversee shift personnel duties, maintain facility security.
• Review reports for accuracy and respond to deficiencies.
• Conduct routine and impromptu inspections of resident areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain daily logs with concise records.
