Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Shift Supervisor maintains a continuous state of alertness and security.
• Oversees shift personnel duties to ensure facility security.
• Documents disciplinary action per procedure and logs accordingly.
• Performs scheduled and random inspections of resident areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinates with staff and participates in meetings to identify and resolve problems.
