Job summary

The GEO Group is seeking a security-focused supervisor to help maintain the safety of residents and staff at our facility. Under direct supervision, you will monitor activities, enforce rules, and support contract requirements to keep the site secure.

You will train and supervise Monitors, perform patrols, compile incident reports, manage logs, and coordinate transportation when needed, ensuring compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum three years related experience (security, corrections, etc.).
• Familiarity with community corrections systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written/verbal communication.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous state of alertness to secure the facility and residents.
• Supervise Monitors and assign work, monitor progress and results.
• Train and supervise shift personnel to ensure proper coverage and compliance.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain daily logs with accurate details.
• Coordinate and supervise transportation of residents as needed.
