CVS Health is seeking a part‑time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed correctly.

You will handle customer questions and complaints, promote CVS service standards, and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, displays, and inventory management following planograms.

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments following planograms.
