Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. When managers are absent, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain smooth operations.

You will supervise crew, handle customer inquiries, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and display resets. A positive attitude and strong communication will help you uphold CVS’s service standards daily.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; respond to urgent store issues.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and supervise the store crew; direct daily activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture, handling questions and complaints professionally.
• Manage merchandising and shelves: price, stock, displays, and seasonal signage per planograms.
