The role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and store standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy and promote a positive shopping experience; maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, sign, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following POGs.
