Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution, customer service, and performance. You will lead staff during gaps in management, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help maintain a safe, welcoming CVS/pharmacy environment.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), flexible availability including mornings, overnights and weekends, and strong communication and supervisory skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including early morning, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is unavailable and ensure store procedures are followed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle inquiries and issues per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and support a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments per plans (POGs).
