Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, lead staff, and ensure smooth operations. You will oversee opening/closing procedures and maintain a strong customer service standard in a fast-paced CVS/pharmacy setting.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends. High school diploma preferred; part-time position with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store's crew and direct activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle customer issues per policy, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory per promotions and planograms.
