Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. The role leads when no manager is on site and oversees opening/closing procedures, ensuring operations run smoothly while maintaining CVS standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and supervisory skills, with a flexible schedule to cover early mornings, overnights, and weekends. High school diploma preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager and Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Merchandise and present products, price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise plans and resets.
