Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and excellent customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining store standards and patient confidentiality.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to run store operations smoothly.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer inquiries and issues.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments following planograms and promotions.
