Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store performance. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold CVS policies to maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, merchandising, price tagging, stock checks, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer literacy required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends; respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and assist store management in driving execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or complaints.
• Price, stock, and merchandise presentation; manage displays and weekly promos.
