Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and effective communication with management and crews, while ensuring confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crews and coordinate activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signs and inventory per promos.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
