Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

• Works well individually and in leading a team.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change, complete shift reports, and account for numbers of products.
• Ability to learn new concepts, use technical materials, and operate office equipment.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to move and position products in the cooler (up to 30°F) and freezer (up to 0°F).
• Ability to stand for up to nine hours per shift and occasionally ascend/descend ladders.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and coworkers.
• Successful pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers, support peak hours, and handle complaints quickly and courteously.
• Assist in daily store operations including banking, inventory, bookkeeping, fuel management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Support merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stocking of merchandise, including the cooler.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, employees, and management about store operations.
• Understand store finances, monitor cash and inventory, and assist with audits and loss control.
