Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support peak hours.
• Assist in daily store operations including banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Promote food service and maintain product merchandising and cleanliness.
• Supervise shifts in the manager’s absence and train new staff.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Assist in cash handling, audits, and loss-control activities.
• Work with technology and POS systems to perform routine tasks and reports.
