MFA Oil is seeking Break Time Shift Leaders to support the Break Time Convenience Store in Missouri. You will supervise shifts, manage transactions, promote food service, and help meet store goals. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide the store team during peak hours.
• Assist in daily store operations, banking, inventory, and reports.
• Support merchandising, promotions, and food service programs.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of management and train new staff.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team.
• Understand store finances and help control expenses and loss.
• Operate POS systems and other technology for transactions and reports.
• Adhere to all policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
