Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with transportation to bank.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations to make change and track products.
• Able to learn new concepts and operate a computer.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during peak hours and encourage the team to do the same.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Execute merchandising, pricing, promotions, and restocking; upsell to customers.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances and assist in audits and loss control.
