Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Thorough knowledge of Wendy's Operational Procedures and Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises open and close activities during non-service hours.
• Provides work direction to crew members.
• Addresses performance problems of crew members that require immediate attention; refers to unit manager for progressive discipline if appropriate.
• Monitors product quality and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Follows store cleaning plan and maintains proper labor usage against sales readings.
