Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Average of 32 hours or more per week over a calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Supervises open and close activities during non-service hours.
• Provides work direction to crew members.
• Addresses performance problems requiring immediate attention; refers to unit manager for progressive discipline if appropriate.
• Monitors product quality and follows the store cleaning plan.
• Monitors labor usage against sales readings and recommends action to GM where necessary.
• Follows store plans and maintains safe working conditions by following procedures.
