Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback that keeps the team focused and energized.
• Supervise daily checklists using our task-monitoring system; maintain cleanliness and Pink Standards while reporting issues honestly.
• Support new juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation; build a capable crew.
• Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle in-store feedback professionally.
• Keep an eye on commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team to support store sales.
