Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and proper portioning.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality and customer service.
• Contributes to achieving profit goals by managing costs, cash handling, and inventory.
• Supports in enforcing company policies and procedures as outlined in the TM handbook.
