Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring quality products and accurate reflection of customer orders; respond to customer concerns and use feedback to improve operations.
• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain staffing, train and coach to exceed customer expectations, ensure uniform standards, and foster teamwork and energy.
• Contribute to sales goals through prompt, friendly service and by training staff on product knowledge and upselling.
• Contribute to profit goals by following company guidelines and using the FOCUS system, manage cash, inventory, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized restaurant.
