CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor Trainee for an entry-level role aimed at developing future supervisory skills. The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The role involves performing tasks as directed to develop supervisory skills, completing basic management training, and learning key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through excellent service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions. These leadership roles support store management in executing store operations and enhancing performance, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
This pay range reflects the base hourly or annual salary, depending on the position. Actual offers depend on experience, education, location, and other factors.
