A leading company in healthcare seeks a Shift Supervisor Trainee for an entry-level position. This role prepares the employee for future supervisory positions and includes essential functions such as managing store staff and delivering exceptional customer service. Trainees will undergo management training and are eligible for promotion upon successful completion.
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs tasks as directed to develop supervisory skills, completes basic management training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support store management in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in retail, deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
The pay range reflects the base hourly or annual salary, depending on the position, experience, education, and location.
