Job summary

Industrial Metal Supply in Phoenix is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to lead production teams on the warehouse floor, drive safety, and maintain quality standards. You will coach staff, assign work, monitor training, and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to optimize layout and throughput while upholding GMP and Lean practices.

This role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and 6S Lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor warehouse floor personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with IMS policies.
• Monitor and improve production throughput and efficiency.
• Coordinate training and development programs with Warehouse Manager.
• Manage housekeeping and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
